Tear tofu into 1 inch chunks and toss in cornflour

Fry tofu until golden and crispy

Make sweet and sour sauce. Bring ingredients to a boil until sticky.

Add sauce to the tofu, stir so all the tofu is coated

Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds and spring onion!
