Coffee and Walnut Cake
In a bowl, measure out dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix.
Add chopped toasted walnuts and fold until combined.
Bake for 45 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
Make the coffee buttercream frosting.
Leave cake to fully cool and then spoon frosting on top.
Enjoy as an afternoon treat or dessert! Best served with a cup of tea or coffee!
