Lemon & Poppy Seed Loaf Cake

1. In a bowl, measure out dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients.
2. Mix until just combined, careful not to overmix. Pour into loaf tin.
3. Bake for 45 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
4. Leave to fully cool and then add lemon icing.
5. Enjoy as an afternoon treat or dessert! Best served with a cup of tea or coffee!
