This is what pizza dreams are made of! Vegan buffalo pizza with vegan mozzarella, buffalo Quorn pieces and fresh coriander. Honestly this recipe is so easy, especially if you use shop bought pizza bases.
If you aren’t from the UK, Quorn is a meat substitute made from a type of fungi. If you can’t get your hands on any you can substitute it for tofu, seitan, tempeh or any other meat substitute!
They will all be delicious smothered in plenty of buffalo sauce!
Why had I not had buffalo sauce before today? Maybe it’s more of an american thing but when my good friend Eva from thecuriouschickpea had a recipe for a Buffalo Soy Curl Pizza I KNEW I had to recreate it!
This week we decided to pick a recipe of each others and adapt it and oh my god I have never been so excited for pizza, ever.
So, Eva has been a friend of mine for a few months but honestly she’s like my best friend that I just never get to see (so sad about that).
She has a few pizza recipes and not only that, but she makes her own dough. Let me tell you that I am not a good bread maker, but this dough is so easy you have to make it, you can find the recipe for her Easy Overnight Pizza Dough here.
But if you are reading this and want pizza asap, just use a shop bought base and save this for another day as you need to let it rest overnight. It is so crispy yet chewy and everything you want in a pizza crust. You won’t regret it.

Eva did a really fun Korean twist on them and now all I want for dinner is them. Alongside this pizza! Because choosing between a vegan pizza and a vegan burger is a decision I do not want to make.

Vegan Cheesy Buffalo 'Chicken' Pizza
Make this easy vegan buffalo pizza with 'chicken' pieces, vegan mozzarella and fresh coriander. Packed with flavour, spice and texture. Ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 pizza bases
- 1 cup vegan quorn pieces
- 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 2 tsp smoked garlic granules
- 2 shallots
- 300g / ~2 cups vegan mozzarella
- Bunch of fresh coriander
Instructions
Cook the frozen quorn pieces / substitute in a little oil until browned. Add most of the buffalo sauce, garlic and remove from the heat.
Top the pizzas with the reaming buffalo sauce, grated/slices of cheese, thinly sliced shallots and quorn pieces. Drizzle with a little oil.
Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 200C/400F.
Top with chopped coriander and serve!
