Ready to make a vitamin rich super green juice that’s good for you AND taste amazing?
My lovely friend Jen from Sprouting Zen is hosting a 5 day juice this week and I cannot wait to join those taking part. She is the queen of recipe round ups and has some pretty great bloggers sharing their favourite juice recipes. So of course I’ll be trying these next week for the 5 day juice. Anyway, back to this super green juice. I so often have smoothies but juice always feels so much more cleansing and refreshing.
I packed this smoothie with some of my favourite things and I hope you love it too. The limes add apples and sweetness and is the perfect non-grassy tasting green juice!
The best thing about this recipe is that you don’t need a juicer. Of course if you have one then use one but if you don’t then blend all the ingredients in a food blender until smooth. Then use a cloth, sieve or nut milk bag to strain it. Do this over a large bowl or jug so that you don’t make a mess! And then pour into glasses and enjoy!

Vitamin Rich Super Green Juice
In need of a cleansing detoxifying juice? This spinach and ginger juice is rich with vitamins and nutrients and will instantly make you feel refreshed.
Ingredients
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1 lime
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 red apples
- 1/2-1 cup water
Instructions
Cut the apples and remove the cores and then blend all the ingredients with half a cup of water and juice from the lime. If using a blender, strain through a cloth/nut milk bag.
