Anyway, back to this super green juice. I so often have smoothies but juice always feels so much more cleansing and refreshing. I packed this smoothie with some of my favourite things and I hope you love it too. I promise it doesn’t taste like grass! 😉
Ideally this would be made in a juicer, but I don’t have one so I used a blender and then strained through my nut milk bag.
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1 lime
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 red apples
- ½-1 cup water
- Cut the apples and remove the cores and then blend all the ingredients with half a cup of water and juice from the lime. If using a blender, strain through a cloth/nut milk bag.
